With over 25 years of experience in the ready-mix industry, Fabio started out as a concrete finisher and worked his way up the ranks to become an expert in budgeting costs, fleet maintenance, ready mix fleet operations and plant operations. As a concrete finisher and ready mix operator, Fabio gained invaluable hands-on experience in the industry, where he learned how to mix and pour concrete and perfected his technique for finishing concrete surfaces. With time, he transitioned into a new role focused on budgeting costs and ensuring that the company operated within its financial means. Fabio has touched many variations of the business from driving, plant operating, quality control and fleet management.

Throughout his career, Fabio has become known for his attention to detail and his commitment to providing high-quality service. He is respected by his colleagues for his knowledge and expertise, and he takes great pride in his work.
