Robert's journey began in the early 2000s, when he started working as a ready mix driver, where he quickly realized that the ready mix industry was where he wanted to make his career, and set his sights on climbing the ladder. He took every opportunity to learn as much as he could about the industry, from the science of mixing to the safety protocols that keep everyone on the job site safe.

Over the years, Robert gained a reputation for his strong work ethic, his commitment to safety, and his ability to manage complex operations with ease.
