Viola Ready Mix Quality Control
Our ready mix facility is certified by the Ready Mix Concrete Association of Ontario (RMCAO), and each of our ready mix batching systems is fully automated to ensure every load of concrete we produce is monitored.
Our Quality Control Program includes field testing of concrete in various projects supplied in all areas of construction. Viola Ready Mix Inc. Quality Control Technicians are ACI Certified and follow OPSS and CSA A23.1-14 Concrete Materials and Method of Concrete Construction and CSA A23.3-14 Methods of Test for concrete standards. Certified third-party laboratories are used for cylinder compressive strength testing to monitor mix performance. The Quality Control Team monitors and controls process daily to maintain RMCAO membership as well as to produce quality concrete for customer needs and project requirements.
